Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Mental Health Private Practice 

Job Summary: 

Inner Solace Therapy is a growing private practice seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of client coordination, administrative support, and creative content development. You will work directly with the practice owner to ensure smooth operations, compassionate client service, and visibility of the practice.



Hours & Compensation: 

  • Part-time: 10โ€“12 hours/week

  • Pay: $15/hr

  • Hybrid schedule (in-office and remote) with flexible hours based on practice needs (Mondayโ€“Friday; occasional Saturdays may be requested to attend events)

  • Benefits are not included

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma required; additional coursework in office administration, counseling, social work, or related fields preferred

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in healthcare or mental health settings

  • Familiarity with practice management software

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with social media content creation and newsletter management

  • Knowledge of mental health terminology and practices

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Client Care Coordination:

  • Conduct brief consultations with prospective clients

  • Schedule and manage client appointments accurately

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and the practice owner

  • Provide referrals or guidance to external providers when appropriate

2. Content & Communications:

  • Create and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

  • Develop, write, and distribute newsletters highlighting mental health topics and practice updates

3. Administrative Support:

  • Maintain organized records, files, and project documentation

  • Assist with general office tasks, including document preparation and data entry

  • Support special projects and events as assigned

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Track tasks, monitor timelines, and follow up to ensure project milestones are met

  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle diverse tasks as needed
