After this session, each partner will meet individually for an individual intake session. These sessions help us better understand each partner’s background, experiences, and needs.

  • After the intake process, we’ll begin ongoing couples therapy sessions. We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what feels most supportive for you and your relationship. Together, we’ll work toward improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening your connection.
