We’ll begin with a couples intake session where we meet together to discuss your relationship history, concerns, and goals for therapy. After this session, each partner will meet individually for an individual intake session. These sessions help us better understand each partner’s background, experiences, and needs.

After the intake process, we’ll begin ongoing couples therapy sessions. We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what feels most supportive for you and your relationship. Together, we’ll work toward improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening your connection.
