Each retreat includes facilitated sessions, guided exercises for emotional connection, therapeutic work, reflective time, nourishing meals, and thoughtfully curated gifts and materials. Couples Retreat includes Sound Bath, Beach Picnic and Horseback Riding.

While Valerie is a licensed therapist and brings clinical insight to the retreat design, this is not considered therapy or couples counseling. Instead, it’s a therapeutic and healing experience. designed to support emotional reconnection and personal growth in a retreat setting.

We keep our retreats intimate, typically welcoming 6–10 couples. This creates a safe, connected environment where you can feel supported, seen, and never overwhelmed.

Not unless you want to. While there are group experiences, much of the work is done privately between you and your partner. You’ll never be pressured to share more than you feel comfortable with.

That’s completely normal, and we understand. Our retreats are designed to be approachable and grounded, not intense or intimidating. With over a decade of experience in trauma-informed care, relationship work, and therapeutic leadership, Valerie brings a calm, compassionate presence to every retreat she leads.
Her approach blends clinical insight with soulful intention, helping couples slow down, feel seen, and rediscover the emotional intimacy they’ve been longing for.
