 SOME QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

  • Inner Solace Therapy is not contracted with any insurance companies. Some clients may prefer to avoid going through insurance as your insurance company will require information such as any mental health diagnosis, which may be on your medical records and qualify as a pre-existing condition in the future. As a provider that is not contracted with insurance companies, Inner Solace Therapy is able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality for clients as we do not have to disclose mental health information to any outside parties.

  • We do provide therapy online to individuals in Texas during the time of the appointment. To conduct online therapy, a link to the secure video service used by Inner Solace Therapy will be emailed to you prior to your appointment. During sessions, it is important that you find a private space with a secure internet connection in order to protect your privacy and ensure the session is not interrupted due to technical difficulties. A laptop or desktop is recommended but if a cell phone is used, it is suggested that it is on a steady foundation. Online therapy is convenient, confidential, and secure. Additionally, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as in-person therapy.

  • Yes, we offer in-person therapy services. We are located in Mission, Texas. The office is open by appointment only; we do not accept walk-ins.

As every therapist will tell you, healing involves discomfort. But so is refusing to heal. And over time, refusing to heal is always more painful.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
