Counseling for Depression

A SAFE SPACE FOR INTROSPECTION & GROWTH

You feel like you’re just going through the motions - stumbling forward, trying not to fall

You’re worried that with one misstep it will all come crashing down and you won’t be able to get back up.

To the outside world, it looks like you have it all together, but inside you’re feeling helpless, exhausted, and just wish you could run away from everything.

Therapy can help you identify and challenge your unhelpful thoughts. We’ll work on regulating your emotions and help you cope with your daily stressors so you can rediscover your motivation and happiness.

How do I know if what I’m experiencing is depression?”

You may feel like what you’re experiencing isn’t depression because your symptoms don’t match with what is commonly associated with depression. But, depression has many faces.

Depression can also look like feeling sad all the time, but you’re able to hide it behind a smile. It can look like performing well at work and maintaining normal, healthy relationships, but behind the façade, you are struggling. You may experience headaches or stomach issues. You might be able to complete your daily tasks, but doing so leaves you drained and exhausted.

If your depression has a different face than what most people are used to, that’s okay. You’re not alone and therapy can help you find relief.

  • Identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors

  • Explore and process difficult emotions and experiences
